Your data can be accessed by our employees responsible for selection and recruitment, the heads of recruiting departments and the Data Protection Officer.
In order to ensure safe and effective management of the candidate database, we use dedicated information systems. These systems are supported by our IT department and professional service providers who can access your personal data to the extent it is necessary to ensure the proper functioning of the software. In all cases we demand confidentiality obligations from such partners.

How long do we keep your personal data?
If you apply for a specific position but do not receive a job offer, your personal data will be stored and processed in the candidate database for the purposes of further recruitment up to six (6) months from the date of entry of data.
If you are selected and enter into an employment contract, selection data will be stored up to six (6) months.
How can I access my personal data?
You have the right to access your personal data processed by us and to correct, supplement or update your data by filling in and submitting a new employment application or writing us by e-mail to [email protected]. This is also the contact address for requests to restrict the processing of your personal data, provided you have a legal basis.
You have the right to object to further processing of your personal data for recruitment purposes and request that your data be erased from the candidate database by submitting an application by e-mail to [email protected].
